Propose New Members

1. Announce the name of the person you would like to bring as a guest at our meeting
2. If the group approves of the person/industry, your guest will be invited to the next meeting
3. After the guest attends his/her first meeting, they will fill out an application
4. Before the guest can attend the following meeting, the group must vote (via email) and either approve or deny the applicant
5. The guest will be notified as to whether or not they have been excepted into the group

Membership Guidelines:

1. Business Connections is a group of local business leaders that network together to help build our own and each others businesses.
2. Business Connections meetings are every other Wednesday at 9am. Please be respectful of the other members and arrive on time. If you are tardy for 2 consecutive meetings your membership will be reviewed. If you are not able to attend a meeting please notify any other member of Business Connections. If you have 2 consecutive unexcused absences your membership will be reviewed.
3. Each member can only be involved in one networking group unless the second group pertains to your industry.
4. You are responsible to do at least one presentation about your business per year.
5. You are responsible to do a 30 second commercial about your business at every meeting.
6. The agenda must be followed as close as possible because of time constraints.
7. There will be time for one on one discussion at the end of the meeting. If you have any leads for another member please fill out a referral slip and share it with them at this time.
